Having set up bid teams and worked across Telecomms, IT, Financial services and Service Management, she is experienced in the world of sales and bidding across multiple sectors. She is widely recognised as one of the UK’s leading bid and proposal management professionals, with a strong commitment to APMP underlying her approach and was made an APMP fellow in 2015 due to her experience and commitment to Bid & Proposal management.

Managing Director
Jon Williams is the UK managing director of Strategic Proposals. He holds the unique status of being a Fellow of each of APMP, the Institute of Sales Management and the Royal Society of Arts. In over twenty years in proposals, he’s worked with sales organisations in over thirty countries, helping them to radically improve their win rates. He’s recognised as a passionate presenter about all things proposals!
