Naomi is deeply passionate about encouraging and equipping people to take practical, courageous steps to following their purpose, and bringing their creative, kingdom-minded ideas into reality. She draws from her experience of leaving her corporate HR job to set up a unique employability programme for survivors of modern-day slavery which is now being scaled up across the UK through the Sophie Hayes Foundation. She is co-founder of HOLOS Kombucha, a drinks company which exists to provide employment and training for survivors of trafficking, alongside working as a coach to leaders across a wide range of sectors, from charities, to FTSE 100 businesses to churches. She is wife to Tom, who leads HOLOS full-time, and mum to Caleb.
