He retired from Home Depot in 2023 after 16 years with the retailer. His latest role was the Director of AP where he led a group of 100+ world-class investigators supporting organized retail crime (ORC) and internal theft. Throughout his career Mike had wide ranging leadership roles supporting the supply chain, store-based, corporate and investigations. His career was marked by developing and leading teams to achieve successful results, both for the business they support and their personal career growth. He has a passion for using facts, technology, data and science to drive successful business strategies and solutions to reduce retail loss and crime.
