My 30+ years in software development, architecture, and delivery in multiple technical environments and sectors ultimately led me to a transformative journey at Advanced, beginning as an Application Architect, and later becoming a Development Manager for 20+ educational products.

In 2013, I spearheaded Advanced’s cloud migration, marking my introduction to DevOps and the creation of Advanced's first DevOps team. As Director for DevOps and IaaS, I built dedicated squads and the broader community, mentoring and training to deliver at scale.
