Ken has a vast knowledge of Workers’ Compensation and is a member of HUB‘s California Risk Management Practice Group, which will advise on loss-sensitive programs as well as other programs. He is an active participant on national advisory councils for major carriers. He has taught classes in Workers’ Compensation, written articles about risk management issues, spoken at various trade associations, and taught classes for CPAs and attorneys.

Chrystie has twenty-five years of experience in ERM and risk analytics consulting. She has a track record of providing comprehensive solutions, helping public and private organizations execute strategy. Chrystie excels at synthesizing the perspectives of key stakeholders to produce actionable output. She has significant experience with healthcare, public entities, higher education, construction and food and beverage industries.
Chrystie’s risk management career began in actuarial consulting and evolved into risk advisory services and complex analysis of operational efficiency, human capital, safety, brand name equity and cyber/IT exposures. She designed and led the strategic risk consulting platform for a large broker dedicated to assessing business risks and threats to strategic objectives, while optimizing mitigation and financing strategies.
Chrystie is a frequent speaker to industry and risk management groups, author of white papers and publications, and has served on the advisory board of the Enterprise Risk Initiative of North Carolina State’s Poole School of Business.
