The Food Institute explored this dynamic with the help of two registered dieticians in this webinar: The State of Health & Wellness for the Food Industry. Marie Molde, MBA, RD (Datassential) and Barbara Ruhs, M.S., R.D.N. (Market RD, Avocados from Mexico) looked at top self-reported health issues experienced by Americans and the current landscape around healthy eating.
