Having started out within the Credit Risk function at WorldPay, Dan joined Paysafe in 2014 progressing through various risk roles to finally lead their Global Merchant Risk function. In doing so he helped create an industry leading risk function, driving scale and growth with customers at the forefront, whilst maintaining risk integrity. Stepping away from risk at the start of 2023 Dan lead a new product organisation within Paysafe as the GM, before ultimately departing Paysafe at the end of 2023 to become the CRO of a breakthrough fintech called FlexCharge. Leveraging his payments experience and knowledge, Dan is now helping this unique auth decline solution scale, whilst again ensuring risk integrity is maintained.
