Eva-Maria is responsible for the overall leadership of Ethoca’s business across Europe, the Middle East and Africa, providing strategic go-to-market direction to meet key financial and operational business goals.

Eva-Maria joined Mastercard in 2013 as part of the Strategy & Operations team, focusing on identifying and executing investment and M&A opportunities. In 2016, she joined the Enterprise Partnerships team to help drive strategic partner relationships before working with Mastercard’s Executive Vice Chair as Chief of Staff. Prior to Mastercard, Eva-Maria worked at Sparkasse, Germany’s largest savings bank, and Rolls-Royce Motor Cars.

She is also a founding member of OPUS, an organization designed to connect and prepare the next generation of young leaders. Eva holds a Master of Management degree from the London Business School.

Nikolay Nikolov

I have experience of around 25 years in the banks, having gone through issuing and processing bank payment and financial instruments, card projects implementation and risk management.
