Fearless Public Speaking Series: Quick Start Session

Following on from our first Live Q&A, the Fearless Public Speaking Quick Start Session is designed to tackle the whatever is blocking your progress so you can get the next phase of your public speaking journey underway.

The Quick Start Session lays the foundation and does the groundwork for what is coming. I learnt the long and hard way that there's not much point in having all the skills if you are too afraid to get out there and use them, so we have a segment on dealing with fear, nerves, and anxiety.

The physical and mental and emotional freedom which comes from resolving this is ENORMOUS. Almost too much to put into words.

This Session starts with delving into how to identify the root cause and limiting beliefs which can keep you stuck, and why it is vital to do so.

You have a series of Coaching Sessions and Self-Reflection Exercises. I suggest having pen and paper or a journal to hand.

Once we have highlighted key limiting beliefs and the emotions which can keep you stuck, we do The Intervention Session, using Access Consciousness, and Huna.

We close with an 'Experiential' Fire Meditation Visualisation, a Guided Meditation to help embed and cement the learnings, new strategies, and ways of being, and a Future Pace Exercise. There is sound and vision for the Fire Meditation, and the Physical Energy Clearing. There is no audio for the Future Vortex Visualisation. Just look into it and let your mind run free.

That said, I will add an audio-visual version to the Learning Management System.
