Tips to keep in touch, be proactive and stay part of the team
Following on from the successful Control Dartboard seminar it was apparent that attendees believed that currently there is a lack of communication throughout organisations due to the disbursement of workers who are either working from home or furloughed.
To address this issue, we have invited Kat Michalik from Beekeeper to talk to you about how you could potentially overcome these internal communications issues.
Beekeeper is an internal communication/employee engagement tool for all remote or non-desktop workers who have little if any access to real-time information or company intranet.
This session will discuss how you can connect your entire organisation, providing employee engagement and management a channel to communicate with frontline workers.
Importantly, Kat will show how Beekeeper can provide effective crisis management communication to all employees so that everyone is kept informed of all developments.
Last but not least, we will look at how by providing internal communications to all staff (both vertically and horizontally) you can improve colleague mental wellbeing by relieving the isolation of WFH or furlough.
