Susan is responsible for leading the US Retail and Consumer Goods solutions organization. She works with Enterprises to accelerate their digital transformation journey with cloud services that enable them to: empower their people, engage customers, optimize business operations, and transform their products.
Prior to her current role, Susan led high performing teams at Microsoft in various roles including sales, solutions, partner development and customer success. Before joining Microsoft, Susan was with Accenture, leading client business transformation engagements.

Eric is a pre-sales technical SME at Microsoft, part of the Global Black Belt (GBB) organization. He provides technical enablement to customers across industries, apply artificial intelligence including OpenAI, to specific customer business needs.
In addition, Eric works extensively with startups. He became healthily obsessed with the power of AI after twice being a part of a team of two or three that developed and implemented models that had over one billion dollars in verifiable business impact, in two different industries.

Stacey Kyler has been a part of the Zammo.ai team for 4 years and serves as the Director of Operations, managing the day-to-day operations of the company and ensuring the voice of the customer is brought into the product and prioritized. Zammo is a no-code, user friendly conversational AI platform that allows enterprises to create omni-channel content, while harnessing the power of Azure cognitive services (Azure OpenAI, Semantic Search, Document Translation, etc) as needed for each unique use case. Stacey is passionate about creating a product that is easy and efficient to use, while simultaneously providing immediate ROI by solving business needs and freeing staff up to focus on more nuanced work.
