My name is Lila Vazquez and I am an Electrical Engineer within SSE Renewables. I recently completed the two-year Engineering Graduate Programme with SSE, which gave me opportunity to get experience across several business units, including engineering teams, operations and business development. I’m currently working on the Dogger Bank Wind Farm, a very exciting role supporting the development of a group of offshore windfarms which will eventually provide electricity for over 4.5 million homes! Prior to joining SSE, I studied Energy Engineering in Madrid and then moved to Edinburgh to do an MSc in Sustainable Energy Systems.

During my free time I enjoy baking, reading and painting. I’m also a keen skier and love travelling.

Philippa is a mechanical engineer who graduated from Durham University in 2014. She joined Frazer-Nash Consultancy the same year, where she now works the Programme and Management Consultancy team. Philippa is an accomplished engineering consultant with experience of delivering multi-disciplinary projects across varied business sectors, including rail, military, energy and government. She has gained significant experience in the Project Management of both small specialised project teams and larger multi-disciplinary consortiums within the engineering domain.
