The Vice Consul at the Consulate General of the United States in Chennai will also be presenting on U.S. Student Visas.

Dr. Eugene Bae is the Public Diplomacy Officer for Resources and Policy of the Public Affairs Section at the U.S. Embassy in New Delhi, India.  Dr. Bae earned his bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from Missouri Science and Technology University; a master’s degree in Technology and Policy from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT); and a doctorate in nuclear engineering from MIT.
