About This Summit
Only for this month, practice with me 4 times a week.
All classes are registered, you can practice live OR you can practice anytime you want via recording.
The recording will always be yours.
What will we work on this month:
-Backbends
-Hip Openers
-Shoulders flexibility
-Inversions
-Pilates
-Core Strength
All levels are welcome.
Classes are Monday / Wednesday / Thursday and Friday
Time 10am or 12pm
Schedule can change but the classes included i t be monthly program will always be delivered.
