Renee began her career in the home improvement industry in 1991 as a call center representative at Garden Stage Brickface and Stucco. Moving into sales in 1994 while attending Fairleigh Dickinson University, Renee refused to succumb to the stereotypes of the home improvement industry. She worked tirelessly to master the Yoho Methodology and become one of the top sales reps at Garden State Brickface. By 1999 Renee became a hybrid of sales rep & manager. Renee has been an integral part of the success of not just the RbA NJ location, but the entire Renewal network, participating on the Renewal Sales Council and being awarded the Sales Leadership award multiple times. In 2017 Renee was honored to be a recipient of the prestigious Legend of the Home Improvement Industry award. Over the course of the last 15 years Renee has led the growth of the sales team at RBA NJ/NY Metro into a team of 55 representatives and 2 additional sales managers that achieved sales of $86 million in 2019.
