Her deep understanding of our market and customers allows her to proactively identify, research, and foster partnership activities.

In her 23 years with ST Engineering iDirect, Harty has held multiple leadership roles across sales, strategy and business development, contributing to the company’s growth and different go-to-market strategies.

Prior to joining ST Engineering iDirect, Harty held leadership roles at Baan Company, Xerox, and Wang Laboratories.

Nathan de Ruiter

Partner & Managing Director, Novaspace

Nathan de Ruiter is Novaspace’s Partner & Managing Director. He brings nearly two decades of consulting experience to Novaspace, offering strategic guidance to an array of international clients. His client-focused approach spans satellite operators, manufacturers, service providers, government agencies, and financial institutions. Nathan’s expertise ensures seamless execution of client engagements, underpinned by robust project management and quality assurance practices. Nathan will lead our transaction advisory services.

Andy Sutton

Principal Network Architect, BT

Andy Sutton is a BT Fellow and the Principal Network Architect for 4G/5G mobile backhaul, satellite communications, and fixed radio links. Andy holds an MSc in Mobile Communications from the University of Salford and has over 35 years of industry experience. He is a Chartered Engineer with Professional Fellowships from the IET, ITP and BCS. Andy holds the posts of Visiting Professor of Telecommunications at the University of Liverpool and University of Salford. Andy current research interests include LEO satellite communications, 3GPP NTN and 4G/5G radio access network evolution.
