Today’s consumers expect a high degree of personalization in their interactions with brands. Amazon, Uber, Airbnb and other internet-first brands continue to raise the bar on what consumers expect.
More personalized experiences also increase revenue. Boston Consulting Group found that brands that create personalized experiences are seeing revenue increases of 6% to 10%, and McKinsey reported that “targeted communications that are relevant and useful can create lasting customer loyalty and drive revenue growth of 10 to 30 percent.”
In reality, personalization is not an all-or-nothing value proposition. Brands are taking incremental steps to improve personalization in order to create memorable moments throughout the whole customer lifecycle. This webinar will cover some of those steps, including:
