Casey Agena

Manager of Bids and Proposals

Casey has worked in schools and districts from Boston to Honolulu. His diverse background has made him an important contributor to many education-based statewide policies, working to create healthier school climates for every student.

Julie Wienen Withrow

Mom & Neurodiversity Advocate | Securly Head of Product Marketing & Content

Julie Withrow is the parent of a twice-exceptional (2e) teenager and an advocate for students who think, learn, and experience the world differently. Julie is passionate about raising awareness of strength-based and sensory-friendly learning environments, as well as increasing our understanding of girls who are smart but struggling in school or socially.

In addition to leading Securly’s product marketing and content strategy, Julie is earning her doctorate in education and developing a podcast called Exceptional Girls that will provide insights and resources for parents to support their neurodivergent daughters.

Sarah Kirk

MS, NCC, School Counselor Leader, ASCA Board of Directors

Sarah Kirk is a National Board Certified Counselor and the School Counselor Specialist at the Oklahoma State Department of Education. Prior to this role, she was a School Counselor for nine years. Sarah currently serves on the Board of Directors for the American School Counselor Association. In 2019, her School Counseling Program became a Recognized ASCA Model Program (RAMP). Sarah was Oklahoma's 2018 School Counselor of the Year and a 2019 National School Counselor of the Year Finalist. She is currently pursuing a PhD in Counselor Education and Supervision.

As a school counselor leader, she advocates for comprehensive school counseling programs for every student to meet their social, emotional, academic, and career development needs. She advocates for the creation and implementation of programs and interventions that meet the needs of the whole child including innovative supports such as Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS) and Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports (PBIS); trauma-informed practices; yoga and mindfulness practices in school and restorative responses to behavior. Sarah is passionate about equity and access to school counseling services for all students.

Rafranz Davis

Edtech Strategist, Training and Development

Rafranz Davis is a former school district administrator.

As a writer and speaker, Davis frequently draws upon her background as a parent and woman of color to offer ideas and insight into how technology can be used in schools to not only break barriers but to provide opportunities and instruments for diverse learners’ voices. Her first book, The Missing Voices in Edtech: Bringing Diversity into Edtech (Corwin Press, January 2015), challenges schools to not only face inherent challenges of lack of diversity in decision making but also take steps aimed at changing it.

Jessica Lynn

Transgender Advocate, Educator, and Activist

Jessica Lynn is a world-renowned transgender advocate, educator, and activist. Her experiences as a transgender woman and parent led her to dedicate her life to spreading awareness and acceptance for gender non-conforming communities around the world.

Jessica is considered, internationally, one of the foremost transgender speakers due to her dynamic, refreshingly honest speaking style, unique sense of humour and signature "ask-me-anything" Q&A sessions. Over the last several years, Jessica has traveled over a million miles, visiting 28 different countries, presenting over a twelve hundred times, helping to educate the general public about the transgender community
