Hamid is the eCommerce Technology Manager at Lowes Foods. With 20+ years as a technology leader in the financial industry, Hamid transitioned 6 years ago to the retail & grocery technology sector where he led the eCommerce technology team for all of Alex Lee enterprise retail stores where he innovated and automated multiple projects with a focus on the eCommerce platform, fulfillment & last mile delivery.

Heather Feather leads the eCommerce Fulfillment Strategy & Retail Innovation teams at Giant Eagle, responsible for designing and implementing new process and technologies to improve the team member and guest experiences. Heather has a diverse background in technology, supply chain, and operations at both Giant Eagle and Pepsico and is passionate about finding solutions for seemingly impossible problems.

Matt started his career bagging groceries in high school and has since worked in store management, advertising, loyalty marketing, and now leads ecommerce and digital experience at SpartanNash. He received his Master of Business Administration from Western Michigan University and lives in Grand Rapids, Michigan with his wife Courtney.

Jeff Baskin is the Chief Business Officer for Radius Networks, responsible for the strategic direction, growth, and expansion of Flybuy, a location platform for BOPIS/Curbside pickup, contactless payments, drive-thru, and delivery. As a seasoned professional with 20+ years of omni-channel retail experience, Jeff has a proven track record in the origination and management of strategic partnerships with multi-million dollar revenue outcomes. Prior to leading the FlyBuy team, Jeff was responsible for business development, sales, customer success, product development, and implementation across all at EVERFI as well as Simplexity which was later acquired by Walmart.
