Sharon Fisher
Global Head of Trust & Safety, Keywords Studios
Sharon Fisher is a Trust & Safety veteran with over 15 years of experience in the gaming and social platform industries. She got her start as a moderator for the popular children's MMO Club Penguin, which was acquired by Disney in 2007. She held several roles at Disney until 2016, when she joined Two Hat by Microsoft, a moderation software company. She founded Real Game Consulting in 2020 to help platforms create and maintain positive community interactions.

Today, Sharon is the Global Head of Trust & Safety at Keywords Studios, where she oversees a team of 35 strategists and 300+ “superhero” moderators. The unit has established itself as an industry leader by prioritizing superhero wellbeing and optimizing workflows through their AI + HI approach.

Mike Pappas
CEO & Co-founder, Modulate
Mike Pappas is the CEO and Co-founder of Modulate, which works with studios like Activision, Riot Games, and Rec Room to foster safer and more inclusive online voice chat. Mike’s work at Modulate ranges from developing new partnerships within the industry, monitoring trends and new opportunities for Modulate’s unique technology to have a positive impact, and reinforcing an internal and external culture of passion, respect, and personal growth. Outside of work, his passions include creating themed cocktail lists, long-distance running, and playing Nintendo games.

Tomer Poran

Tomer Poran is VP of Solution Strategy & Community at ActiveFence where he leads go-to-market efforts, partnering with industry stakeholders and mapping out new growth opportunities and next-gen solutions. Leading the #TSCollective Community, Tomer connects over a thousand Trust & Safety professionals across industries and from around the world, all dedicated to making the internet a safer place. He has over 15 years of experience in business development and strategy, working with large multinationals during his time at Bain & Co, transitioning to early stage companies in PropTech, AgTech, FinTech, and now Online Safety. Tomer holds a B.A. in Finance from Ben-Gurion University and an MBA from UC Berkeley Haas.

Eve Crevoshay
Executive Director, Take This Inc.
Eve Crevoshay joined Take This as Executive Director in 2018. She is a 20-year veteran of the nonprofit sector, with a focus on fundraising and executing strategy. Her background spans education, social services, and the arts, and she is committed to identifying and enabling systemic change. Eve is a member of the advisory boards for GDC (in the advocacy track), the Fair Play Alliance, The Games and Online Harassment Hotline (gameshotline.org), and The International Game Summit on Mental Health (TIGS.ca); and is the recipient of the inaugural GamesBeat Up and Comer award (2020) and the 2022 Games for Change Festival Vanguard Award. She’s also an avid gardener, cook, and gamer. She lives in the Seattle area with her husband, daughter, and dogs.
