Aimée is experienced in leading everything from short tactical projects focussing on a single channel, to larger, strategic service design pieces, utilising techniques including: heuristic analysis, depth interviews, usability testing, accessibility testing with users who have diverse cognitive and physical needs, IA creation, wireframing and prototyping.

She is passionate about immersing herself in and understanding each client’s world, and working collaboratively to create solutions that meet the needs of businesses and their users. She has experience of working with a huge variety of clients from start-ups to global corporates, including: BBC, Kew Gardens, RNIB, BT, John Lewis, Accor Hotels, Virgin Media, B&Q, Sky, Buckinghamshire County Council, UK Parliament and Imperial College Business School.

She has accreditation as a Certified Professional for Usability & User Experience (CPUX), has also written and teaches the ‘Fundamentals of Service Design’ course at Bunnyfoot and delivers bespoke training to clients. She regularly speaks at UX and Service Design events; past talks include UX Oxford, City University, and the Service Design Fringe Festival.

Andrew holds an MSc in Social Research Methods from Oxford University and an MA (and BA) in humanities. He also has Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a PGCE from Oxford University.

Andrew joined his first user-centred design team in 2003 and has worked both in-house and agency-side as a UX consultant for many years. As a lead consultant, Andrew’s recent clients include HSBC, University College London (UCL), British Library, Chatham House (Royal Institute of International Affairs), UKTV, Oxford University Press, and Royal Mail.

He currently teaches two training courses in Bunnyfoot’s UX Training Program, ‘Design for Persuasion, Emotion and Trust’ and ‘Customer Journey Mapping, Modelling and Information Architecture.’
