This talk will show a typical data exploration process, from understanding the data format and importing into a computable form to asking questions of the data and generating useful visualizations.

We will be answering questions such as "Which authorities are best at monitoring?", "Where are the most unhygienic restaurants?" and "What restaurant names are a warning sign to avoid?".
