As part three of the webinar series about composites manufacturing processes, this webinar will focus on the two main processes to manufacture semi-finished goods and the composites resulting from it: sheet molding compounding (SMC) and prepreg technology. Lab Leader, Composites and Adhesive Applications - Epoxy Curing Agents
Marina-Elena Inhestern is a chemical engineer who specializes in coatings and adhesive application. Marina started her career in 2013 at Evonik's strategic RD&I and was strongly involved in developing new composite formulations for the automotive industry. In 2018, she took over the position as a lab leader for amine/epoxy-based coatings in the EMEA region for the Crosslinkers business line. Since the beginning of February 2024, she is now responsible for epoxy curing agents for composite and adhesive applications. In this function, Marine will provide technical support and solutions for Evonik's partners and customers.
