Fixing the tags in a document to ensure that assistive technologies (AT) used by people with disabilities will accurately read PDFs – is a very necessary process, but it can also be tedious and very technical. If there aren’t any tags then there’s nothing there for AT to read. If there are tags, but they aren’t properly organized and/or constructed, then AT won’t read the document accurately and users won’t be able to understand the content!
In this webinar, we will demonstrate basic skills to get you started with PDF remediation and identify the key steps to PDF accessibility.
