[ARCHIVED] Enable SMS in Klaviyo (North America)
Activate SMS in your account and start capturing text messaging consent today.
Oct 19, 10:00:00 AM EDT
An interactive workshop is a working session where you’ll design, build, and activate features in your account by following the guidance of a Klaviyo expert.

Event description: Did you know that 99% of all text messages are read by recipients? And 29% of those recipients click on a link in the message? SMS offers a unique opportunity to engage with your customers on a more personal level. During this session, we'll activate SMS in your account, collect SMS consent with a Klaviyo signup form, and create an SMS welcome series.

Attend this training if: you want to learn how to set up and send SMS in Klaviyo.

Intended audience: This training is held at a time that's North American-friendly and will focus on North American-specific SMS best practices. Please note that at this time SMS is only available for recipients based in the UK, US, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand, but you can send to recipients in these countries even if you are based elsewhere!

If you are based in the UK, please join our UK training on the same topic and if you are based in our APAC region, please join our APAC training on the same topic.
