We will introduce two models in defining a test release coverage plan: Permutation vs. Street. With the permutation model, test cases can be defined and tested against a set of environmental variables where selected choices for the variables are permutated. We will also explain the value of the multidimensional street model. It is used for extreme flexibility and ease of operation, but unlike Excel, it is scalable and won’t require much maintenance.
