Join us for this two part series of National Lymphedema Network's Brain Chain. We originally intended for this to be a casual discussion via zoom on lipolymphedema in honor of June being lipedema awareness month. However, we are very pleased to announce that it has evolved to become lectures for which we can provide CEU's to Physical Therapy Clinicians.

Part I - Friday, June 26, 2020 from 5:00-6:00pm ET - We welcome Stanley Rockson, MD who will present his groundbreaking research on biomarker identification.

Lymphedema, lipedema, and obesity are often confused by clinicians. The talk will explore the distinctive features of these entities and how they are clinically distinguished. The talk will culminate with a review of my recently published investigation that identifies the first biomarker for lipedema, marking it as a lymphatic disease.

Part II - Tuesday, June 30, 2020 from 5:00-6:30pm ET - We welcome Matthew Carmody, MD; Leslyn Keith, OTD, CLT-LANA; and Catherine Seo, PhD who will present on lipolymphedema.

The NLN is honored to welcome this wonderful panel of speakers.

All registrants for Part I will automatically be registered to Part II.
