Has experienced how remote leadership has evolved gradually over the past 10-15 years as business operating models have become truly international, requiring exceptional skills to lead from a distance. Camilla has led many multifunctional, cross-cultural teams in an international setting and successfully both worked in, implemented and reshaped matrixes and geographically distributed organisations where leadership is always challenged.
