    Dr Vinayak Kalluri
    Assistant Dean & Associate Professor - School of Engineering & Technology, BML Munjal University
    Dr. Vinayak Kalluri, Associate Professor in School of Engineering and Technology has joined on 1st April, 2013. He has over 15 years of experience in teaching various mechanical engineering courses, particularly in the fields of Design Engineering at both the undergraduate and graduate levels. Before BML Munjal University, he was a faculty in the Department of Mechanical Engineering, BITS-Pilani for more than 7 years. As a founding faculty of BML Munjal University, he is very instrumental in setting up new laboratories with the latest state of art equipment. He is also actively involved in various institutional building actives as an Asst. Dean. Before joining BMU, in BITS-Pilani, he was a Warden, Nucleus member of Student Welfare Davison, Coordinator for BITSAT and In-Charge for first degree reporting for admission to BITS Pilani, Pilani campus for five years. He has rich experience in engaging and delivering expert lectures in Product Design and Development practices to several Indian organizations like L&T Vadodara, NTPC (Ramagundam, Talcher, Farakka, Kahalgoan), THDC- Tehri, Bharat Forge, etc. He is a Lifetime Member of the Indian Society for Technical Education (ISTE). He has published articles in international journals like Benchmarking-International Journal, Measuring Business Excellence and Journal of Advances in Management Research. He has participated as an organizing committee member of different international conferences. He is also the reviewer for International journals like International Journal of Production Research (IJPR), Benchmarking-International Journal (BIJ), Journal of Engineering, Design and Technology and Journal of Modelling in Management (JMM).

    Dr Jaya Ahuja
    Assistant Professor & UG Programme Head - School of Management, BML Munjal University
    Dr. Jaya Ahuja holds a Ph.D in Organizational Behaviour from Department of Social Work, Jamia Millia Islamia University. She has done M.Phil from ICFAI University Tripura, MBA in HR and Diploma in Labour Law & Labour Welfare. She is UGC NET qualified and holds a diploma in “Coaching & Mentoring” from Scottish Qualification Authority, UK. She has 10 years of teaching and research experience. Her areas of expertise are Organizational Behaviour, Human Resource Management, Training & Development, and Conflict Management & Negotiation.
    Her research interests are Organizational Climate & Culture, Work-Life Integration, Virtual Teams, Green HR Practices and Job Crafting. She has published papers in peer-reviewed journals, articles in Indian Management, Careers 360 and presented papers in National and International Conferences. She was a Principal Consultant for a Consultancy Assignment on “Strategic Human Resource Management” for IHRM, University of Colombo, Sri Lanka in 2012. She is a Principal Investigator for a government-sponsored project for conducting “Entrepreneurship Awareness Camp” funded by DST-NIMAT in 2017-18.

    Mr. Aditya Rathore
    Assistant Professor - School of Law, BML Munjal University
    Mr Aditya Rathore graduated with B.A., LL.B. (Hons.) from National Law School of India University, Bangalore (2016) and holds an LL.M. with specialization in Law and Development from Azim Premji University, Bangalore (2018).
    Before turning to academics, he worked as a legal consultant in commercial real estate projects and advised on matters relating to town planning and commercial agreements. Prior to joining School of Law at BML Munjal University, he was an Assistant Professor of Law at NLSIU Bangalore and NLU Jodhpur.
    He has keen interest in developing coaching techniques and case studies to help students enhance their skills of critical reasoning and effective writing.
