    Jessica Matlin is an established voice in beauty as both the co-host of Fat Mascara and Beauty Director of Harper’s Bazaar. Before that, she was the Beauty and Health Director at Teen Vogue, shaping what beauty and wellness content looks like for socially conscious millennial and Gen Z audiences. She has also been a beauty editor at Cosmopolitan, Allure, and W, among other titles, and worked brandside with luxe beauty retailer Space NK in London. She is also a frequent contributor on Today.

    Kevin Hughes began his career in the fashion world and is now a major presence at New York Fashion Week. This season, he led several shows including Oscar de la Renta and Veronica Beard, and, in the past, he has worked backstage for Carolina Herrera, Zac Posen, and Monique Lhuillier, among others. His work has graced the pages of Vogue Beauty, Elle, Harper’s Bazaar, and Glamour, and the celebrities that have had the “Hughes-touch” include Gigi and Bella Hadid, Emily Blunt, Bryce Dallas Howard, Jasmine Sanders, and Bill Paxton.
