Two-time Chopped Champion, USA

Kathy Fang is a notable chef and entrepreneur from San Francisco. Appearing on multiple television shows and winning the title of Food Network’s Chopped Champion twice, Chef Fang has worked hard throughout her career to establish herself in the culinary world. In 2009, Kathy partnered with her dad to co-own and open the sister restaurant to House of Nanking- Fang. Fang’s menu is equally loyal to tradition and innovation. Today, along with managing two of her family-owned restaurants (House of Nanking & Fang), she is also a wife and mom of two children. More recently, Kathy has released her own cookbook and started selling homemade chili sauces during quarantine on fangkitchen.com.

Hong Kong Geomancer Master

Master John Choi was born in Hong Kong and graduated with a Business Administration degree in the University of British Columbia in Vancouver, Canada. He has already developed a keen interest in Chinese Metaphysics and Astrology while he was a teenager.
In 2009, he started his own Chinese Metaphysics and Geomancy business and quickly became well-known in local media, radio stations, newspaper and internet channels. Lately, he was also featured in International newspapers & online media like French National Television News Channel TF1, BBC, The Guardian and Aljazeera as column guests; being invited as a guest speaker for BlackRock and Guerlain of France.
For the last 13 years, he has continuously “adding-value” to his existing knowledge, from divination to fengshui; John has totally devoted himself to the world of metaphysics and geomancy.
