Ms. Narode has extensive experience managing statewide projects and comprehensive knowledge on supplemental payment programs and Federal Medicaid Revenue Enhancement. Since joining PCG, Ms. Narode has supported and led several key initiatives. Ms. Narode serves as the Program Manager on the Florida Public Emergency Medical Transportation (PEMT) program working with over 60 providers on their Medicaid cost reports and oversaw the implementation of the FL MCO program for EMS providers. She is also the Program Manager for the Texas Ambulance Supplemental Payment Program (ASPP), Iowa, Illinois, and Oklahoma Ground Emergency Medical Transportation (GEMT) programs where she oversees a team to assist multiple EMS providers in completing Medicaid cost reports.

Mr. Taffuri contributes to revenue maximization engagements for governmental ambulance service providers participating in the Texas Ambulance Supplemental Payment Program (ASPP), Colorado EMS Supplemental Payment, Oregon Ground Emergency Medical Transportation (GEMT) Program, Iowa Ground Emergency Medical Transportation (GEMT) Program, Florida Public Emergency Medical Transportation (PEMT) Program, and Oklahoma Ground Emergency Medical Transportation (GEMT) Program. He serves as Project Manager for both FL PEMT and OK GEMT and he works closely with some of the State’s largest providers, assisting with the preparation of annual cost reports and other key deliverables.

Mike McEvoy is the Chief of EMS for Saratoga County, New York, the Chief Medical Officer
for the West Crescent Fire Department and a nurse clinician in the cardiac surgical ICU at
Albany Medical Center where he also teaches critical care medicine. He was appointed to a
vacancy on the EMS Section Executive Committee in 2013, elected secretary of the section in
2014, elected chair of the Section in 2016 and again in 2019. He has been a member of IAFC
since 2007.
