Bill Milroy
CTO and Co-Founder, ThinKom Solutions
William (Bill) Milroy co-founded ThinKom Solutions in 2000, where he is currently chairman and CTO. Previously, he held the position of Senior Engineering Fellow within the Electromagnetic Systems Department of Raytheon’s Electronic Systems segment. While there, he managed and lead the RF antenna design, development and production of a wide range of antenna array implementations for radar and communication applications in commercial and military markets. Mr. Milroy is the inventor or co-inventor of over 40 awarded and pending U.S. patents in the fields of scattering, materials, microwave devices and antennas.

Reza Rasoulian
Senior Vice President, Aviation Business Unit, Hughes Network Systems
Reza Rasoulian, senior vice president, Aviation Business Unit at Hughes Network Systems, LLC (HUGHES), leads the company’s aviation business which includes both commercial and business aviation. He also leads product development for NGSO, and other mobility markets.

Prior to joining Hughes in his current position, Mr. Rasoulian was vice president, global connectivity at Carnival Corporation creating frictionless experience at scale for the world’s largest cruise company.

Among many awards for excellence and leadership, Mr. Rasoulian received the 2018 Euroconsult Smart Ship of the Year award for a record 3.174 Gbps of satellite bandwidth delivered to a ship.

Mr. Rasoulian is PMP certified and holds a Master of Science Degree in Systems Engineering from the Whiting School of Engineering at The Johns Hopkins University, and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Information Systems & Management Science from the University of Maryland.
