Every startup or company will start by developing and launching an MVP (Minimum Viable product) when having a novel product idea to validate their assumptions and confirm the problem they are trying to solve exists.
However, is the MVP they're launching always viable?
Many mistake it for a prototype, a pilot or a PoC. If this happens, the "MVP" launched will probably not be viable enough for the customers/users to motivate them to use it. Worse, it might not allow to validate any of the teams assumptions.
In this webinar we will discuss the role of the product manager in defining the product roadmap and ensuring the MVP is really "Viable" and valuable for the potential users/customers.
This 1 hour webinar will be divided in the following sections:
- What is the role of a product manager?
- What is an MVP
- Success and fail stories
- How to ensure a product is valuable
- Q&A session
