LaToya Tapscott is the Senior Director, Global Head of the HBA Think Tank at the Healthcare Businesswomen’s Association, leading its efforts to advance women in healthcare through data and partnerships.

A seasoned association leader with over 15 years of experience, she previously held senior roles at CHIME and ACC. LaToya is actively involved in the association community, serving on committees with AWTC, BAE, and ASAE, and was recognized as an Association Forum Forty Under 40 Award Recipient in 2024.
