Gail Pietrzyk

Chief Nursing Officer, Caresyntax

Gail Pietrzyk has been Director of Surgical Services at local facilities and has also been the Corporate Director of Surgical Services with Universal Health Services from 2016 until retirement last December.
Her leadership experience includes tertiary academic centers, multi-campus, and the independent community hospitals and Ambulatory Surgery Centers. Gail’s experience includes the entire Surgery Value Stream as well as Endoscopy, Wound Healing Center, Outpatient Clinics/Infusion, Pain Management, and Sterile Processing.
Gail now spends time teaching various nursing courses at a local University, independently consults with healthcare facilities for Perioperative opportunities, and is the Chief Nursing Officer with Caresyntax.

Joan White

Director, Clinical Consulting , Caresyntax

Joan White has significant experience in organizational dynamics and performance improvement. As Director of Clinical Consulting for Caresyntax, she leads collaborative teams in the evaluation of complex surgical processes and in the determination of data-driven, evidence-based solutions.

Jason Till is a creator that is passionate about finding, designing, and implementing the right solutions. He has over 15 years’ experience designing software, leading teams, and choreographing hospital data.
