Amanda Davies is the Chief R&D, Procurement and Sustainability Officer at Mars Snacking and a member of the Mars Snacking global executive team. Mars Snacking is the world’s leading manufacturer of iconic brands such as M&M’S®, SNICKERS®, KIND®, DOVE®, SKITTLES®, EXTRA® and ORBIT®.

Amanda has spearheaded Mars Snacking's Commercial and Sustainability efforts with creativity - prioritizing sustainability in the business, ensuring robust value leadership and strategically expanding our partner network to foster innovation. Now, with the recent addition of leading the R&D organization, Amanda is tasked with accelerating the science, technology and innovation agenda powering three critical functions - Sustainability, R&D and Commercial.

Amanda received her master’s degree in chemical engineering from Cambridge University and began her career as a part of the Mars Graduate Program in 1996. Before joining the global Mars Snacking Executive Team, Amanda held the position of CPO, Indirects, for Mars, Incorporated and was a member of the Mars Global Services Executive Team.
