Dr. Evans is a board-certified Urologist with Baptist Health Medical Group in Paducah with unique experience in penile implant and male urinary incontinence surgery. Originally from Arkansas and an Army ROTC Distinguished Military Graduate of the University of Arkansas, he graduated from Wake Forest University School of Medicine prior to completing his Urology residency in the Army at Brooke Army Medical Center in San Antonio.
After 14 years of active duty Army service in Urology with tours in Germany and at Fort Campbell, Dr. Evans has practiced in western Kentucky since 2017 and currently serves as Lieutenant Colonel in the Army Reserves. He is the recipient of the Army Meritorious Service Medal with Oak Leaf Cluster, Overseas Service Ribbon, and Army Commendation Medal.
Dr. Evans enjoys spending time on the lake with his wife and 3 children, deer hunting, and serving on medical missions to Honduras. He focuses on General Urology with special emphasis on erectile dysfunction, male incontinence, and pediatric Urology.
