Join us to learn about the work of Under One Roof, the Institute of Residential Property Management (IRPM), the Professional Diploma in Property Factoring, and the latest legislative updates and proposals to affect factoring in Scotland.

There will be a discussion of the work of the Cross-Party Tenement Working Group and their upcoming proposals to Scottish Government, as well as an overview of the upcoming changes to the Repairing Standard for landlords and how these changes will affect common areas of tenement buildings.

We will also provide an overview of Under One Roof’s upcoming study support course that will be available to Diploma students later this year, beginning with an introductory session on Monday 18th March.
