With a background in enterprise network engineering, Will joined Securly nearly 5 years ago as one of our first sales engineers. He has since helped develop our Customer Success organization through driving various operations, marketing, and advocacy initiatives. As the head of Customer Experience, he brings the voice of the customer into nearly every aspect of the journey we create.
