Dominique M. Hawkins was one of the first individuals to complete dual Masters degrees in Architecture and Historic Preservation at the University of Pennsylvania. In 1995, she established Preservation Design Partnership that specializes in architecture, planning and design services for historic sites and buildings. Her professional and service contributions include the preparation of award-winning Design Guidelines for over 20 municipalities with a varying resources and needs. In 2022, Dominique was awarded the Harley J. McKee Award, the highest honor of the Association for Preservation Technology for her outstanding achievements and contributions to the field of historic preservation.

Erin Minnigan is the Director of Historic Preservation at the Preservation Society of Charleston overseeing preservation programs and advocacy through planning and zoning initiatives. Minnigan previously served in local government with the City of Charleston and City of St. Augustine. She has contributed to and presented on a number of projects regarding community revitalization, historic designation of sites associated with underrepresented communities, and flood adaptation strategies for historic structures. Minnigan holds a B.A. in Historic Preservation & Community Planning from the College of Charleston and Masters of Urban and Regional Planning from the University of Florida.

Jennifer Wolfe joined PDP in October 2021 as a Preservation Planning Specialist with fifteen years of professional experience in historic preservation. After earning a Master of Science in Architectural Studies degree specializing in historic preservation from the University of Florida, she began working at the local government and non-profit levels. Her work as the Historic Preservation Officer for the Nation’s Oldest City in St. Augustine and service with the Florida Trust for Historic Preservation has included comprehensive planning resources for historic preservation, disaster mitigation policies and practices, architectural surveys, project management for historic rehabilitation projects, heritage tourism and education resources.
