Senior Application Engineer
Damien Bonenfant is a senior application engineer at HydraForce Hydraulics. He earned an engineering degree from Arts et Métiers ParisTech and has held various positions in the hydraulic industry, especially with systems integrators developing electrohydraulic solutions for mobile machines. He joined HydraForce in 2012 as an application engineer, supporting and developing customized solutions based on cartridge valve technology for southwest European OEMs.

Francesco Paolini
Application Engineer
Francesco Paolini is an application engineer at HydraForce Hydraulics. He gained experience in construction and agricultural machinery working with his family business growing up. After earning his master's degree, he spent several years working in R&D and technical departments as a project leader for several agricultural OEMs. In 2019, he joined HydraForce — Bosch Rexroth group — where he supports southeast European customers in developing tailored electro-hydraulic solutions customized for the specific requirements of agricultural, CE and industrial markets.
