Dr. Evans graduated from the Arizona School of Dentistry & Oral Health on a military scholarship. Following graduation from dental school, he completed an Advanced Education in General Dentistry (AEGD) residency with the Army and enjoyed being stationed in GA, OK and WA. After completion of his tour with the United States Army, he joined the Army Reserves and currently practices in Salt Lake City, Utah. His clinical experience ranges from basic care, to patient education, esthetics and oral rehabilitation.
