Jason Hartmann is Business Development Manager for CDE Australasia. With over 20 years’ engineering experience ranging from the development of mineral processing equipment to commissioning and optimisation, Jason uses his technical expertise to develop complex solutions for maximum return on investment.

Ruchin Garg is Regional Manager for CDE MEA. Having worked in the minerals and aggregates processing sector since 2008, Ruchin combines his comprehensive business and technical expertise of the overall materials washing market in MEA with a specialisation in Construction & Demolition Waste Recycling solutions.

Willem du Plooy is Business Development Manager for CDE MEA. For over 24 years, Willem has been a key player in Sun-Saharan Africa’s mining and quarrying industry with specialism in diamond mining applications. Expert technical knowledge and a hands-on approach ensures Willem can advise clients on the best washing solution to increase return on investment.

David Kinloch, Regional Manager within the UK. David has worked on a wide range of complex CDE solutions for UK customers across C&D and sand and aggregate waste recycling, helping customers design and deliver unique recycling solutions that produce reusable and resalable construction products.

James McShane is a Business Development Manager at CDE. Holding a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, James joined CDE in 2015 and after a few years rellocated to USA to help to develop the business overseas. James has an expertise in wet processing solutions for the Sand & Aggregates, Specialist Sands and C&D Waste Recycling sectors.

Tom Wick is a Business Development Manager at CDE in the USA. Holding a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Tom is a persuasive professional who has an exceptional ability to connect with customers. Tom joined CDE in 2018 with previous roles in recognised companies across Texas for over 30 years.

Stefan Hunger, Regional Manager -Europe and Russia, has almost ten years’ experience working with some of CDE’s largest sand and aggregate customers across Germany, Austria and Norway. Stefan has been instrumental in helping the industry to understand the benefits of wet processing technology.

Gustavo Brasil is a Business Development Executive at CDE. Holding a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Gustavo is a dedicated professional who joined CDE 3 yeards ago and has developed his career in the materials wet processing industry. Gustavo looks after the Latin American market and has an expertise in the Mining sector.
