Dr. Bebla is a fellow of the American Congress of Obstetricians and Gynecologists and a diplomate of the American Board of Obstetrics & Gynecology. Dr. Bebla is board certified in Obstetrics & Gynecology and Female Pelvic Medicine & Reconstructive Surgery. Dr. Bebla comes to El Paso, Texas with over 25 years of experience in direct patient care involving female bladder health and pelvic prolapse. For the past 12 years Dr. Bebla has mastered the robotic technology to help women achieve minimally invasive treatments for pelvic organ prolapse and complex gynecologic conditions.
Dr. Bebla was raised and educated in New York. He received his medical degree from Albany Medical College in 1996. He then completed his residency training in obstetrics & gynecology and urogynecology at Upstate Medical University in Syracuse, New York. Dr. Bebla was a professor of OBGYN at Upstate Medical University where he mentored medical students and resident physicians for over 17 years. As a robotic surgeon Dr. Bebla was actively involved with teaching fellow colleagues the art of robotic surgery in both the east and west coasts of the United States.
Dr. Bebla established and directed two urogynecology practices while in Syracuse, New York. He expanded his medical practice into California’s Central Valley in 2015 where he became the CEO of Bebla Urogynecology & Aesthetics as well as Female Pelvic Medicine Institute of Modesto. Dr. Bebla has devoted his career helping women achieve their best gynecologic health. Dr. Bebla is excited to join the El Paso medical community. He is looking forward to working with new colleagues and pursue his passion for women’s health. Dr. Bebla is affiliated with HCA Healthcare’s Del Sol and Las Palmas Medical Centers.
