Embrace Your Inner Narcissist

The first step to getting what you want in life is to believe you are worthy of receiving that thing.

Do you know what type of people have no problem with that? Narcissists.

There's a reason so many narcissists can become phenomenally successful in the world: They go and take it with an absolute belief that they are entitled to whatever they want.

Confidence. Self-Empowerment. Deserveability. A belief that they can have anything (and anyone) they want. Narcissists see themselves as the most accomplished, the best looking, the brightest, the most connected, the most talented, etc.

And regardless of whether any of those things are true, because narcissists see themselves as the best, they are able to trick others into seeing them as the best as well. Thus doors are opened, corporate ladders are climbed, and elections are won...all because they have an inner confidence stemming from their narcissism.

There's a lot that non-narcissists can learn from this.

Of course, there's also a downside to being a narcissist that gives them a bad reputation: The smear campaigns, outbursts, and general chaos and destruction.

However, for our purposes, we won't talk about the negative stuff. We can pick and choose which attributes we learn from and which we cast aside as unproductive.
