He has a successful 27-year career in manufacturing and has been with Castrol engineering for 19 of those years. In his role, Brian directly supports customer concerns, conducts site surveys, provides product training and assists sales and distributors with acquiring new business.

Hans Batchelder is a senior technologist supporting global product development at Castrol. He has 17 years of working experience with the company and currently is responsible for industrial coolant and cleaner fluids development and formulation support.
