    With more than 20 years of experience, Jeng has extensive knowledge in client relationship management and strategic planning. Prior to Delaware Life, Jeng was the director of advanced planning for a leading financial company, where he was responsible for educating financial professionals on financial planning topics, conducting workshops at financial roadshows, and developing advanced-sales concepts.
    More recently, Jeng was the vice president of relationship management for a leading insurance company, where he created and executed business development plans for top strategic firms and worked with wholesalers to create sales opportunities in the field.
    Jeng holds Series 7, 24 and 63 licenses, is a Certified Financial Planner® professional, and earned a Juris Doctorate from the University of Houston Law Center and a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Texas, Austin.
