Specialising in all aspects of the delivery of Asset Management. Compliance and Repairs and Maintenance services, Mark has undertaken high profile roles for G15 housing associations, city councils, ALMO's and other large social housing organisations.
Matthew Collins
Water Hygiene Technical Lead - SGS DMW Environmental Safety Limited
Matthew has worked within the compliance industry for 16 years, delivering asbestos and water hygiene compliance consultancy to a range of sectors, a large portion of which has been for councils and housing associations. With his key account management background, he has an in depth technical and operational insight into compliance service delivery and the challenges faced by both compliance service providers and housing providers. He is a full member of the Water Management Society and is currently the water hygiene technical lead for SGS DMW Environmental Safety Limited.
Mark Pinnell
Executive Director of Assets and Development - Solihull Community Housing
Mark has had a varied career within the area asset management where he has held both operational and senior management positions. Mark joined Solihull Metropolitan Borough Council (SMBC) in 2001 and TUPE’d to the Arms Length Management Organisation (ALMO) Solihull Community Housing when formed in 2004 and has been largely responsible for implementing and making service improvements across the Asset Management service.
During this period Mark has continued with various CPD including a Post Graduate qualification in Business Management and holds Fellowship membership of the Institute of Management. He is also a CHIC Board Member, a School Governor and a Board member of St Peters Housing Association.
He is responsible for the company’s provision of stock investment, building safety, repairs and voids and is the corporate lead for Health and Safety.
