Michael Baillargeon has spent his entire career in the contact center industry and partner management. He was IT Director for a large BPO contact center and did everything from pulling cable to designing mission critical IVR & call routing scripts for brands like Nestle, USPS, Philip Morris, etc. For the last 10 years, he has used this experience and passion for driving a better customer experience by enabling partners of all sizes with how not to just sell but how to be a trusted advisor and thought leader to his partners’ customers. In today’s cloud marketplace, it is not just about selling to a customer but how to be that indispensable trusted advisor that helps drive digital transformation and pushing their customers to be leaders in their space through technology adoption. Currently, he is the East UCaaS/CCaaS Solution Architect, and is part of a team motivated by partner and customer success.
